Hi, I'm Mayad!

I’ve spent many years working in property, designing houses and bringing spaces to life - and it was my love of architecture that led me to sketching. What began as a way to share ideas with clients quickly turned into a personal passion, and now you’ll often find me with a pen or brush in hand, capturing old windows, doorways, and streetscapes around Chelsea in London - or getting lost in the architectural beauty of Barcelona.

My style is soft and expressive, using simple ink lines and soft watercolour washes to bring scenes to life. I’m constantly inspired by the everyday details I see on my walks, and by my partner’s love for colourful, playful art.

Sketching has become my favourite way to slow down and see the world with fresh eyes - and I’d love to help you discover that joy too.
